MK7 install

Recently we installed a Unitronic intercooler into a 2016 MK7 VW GTI. The vehicle was running a stage 2 tune and was having issues with the vehicle loosing power after a few full throttle accelerations in hot weather. The loss of power was due to the stock intercooler not being able to cool the intake air well enough. The replacement of the stock unit with the Unitronic upgrade gave the vehicle a 60% increase in cooling volume.
